My practice focuses on evidence-based interventions—including motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Problem-Solution Therapy (PST), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), psychoeducation, and more.
